Correct is introducing a simpler method of asking for customer satisfaction for Service Tickets. At the completion of a Service Ticket, customers will be sent an email that asks for their feelings of the experience through the use of ‘smiley faces’:
- I am happy with the experience I had with Correct Solutions
- I am OK with the experience I had with Correct Solutions
- I am unhappy with the experience I had with Correct Solutions
This will help you to let us know exactly how you feel and therefore help Correct Solutions take steps to improve. We hope that you see this as an easier option to providing feedback that will drive better customer experiences.
