James Carter has joined Correct Solutions as the Technical Service Manager responsible for our Helpdesk and Field Technicians. He has a wealth of experience with delivery of IT solutions and has a strong history of building and managing high-performing IT Service Delivery teams, using the ITIL framework to deliver good practice processes and set clear expectations with staff and customers.
In the age old struggle between the techs, admin and sales, James has already made it clear he can wear all 3 hats quite ably, all the while keeping a calm and smiling exterior! His “Can Do” attitude will ensure that relationships with our customers will continue to grow.
James is an avid Boston Celtics fan, hoping that they one day will return to their glory days.
